How much does it cost?

Which countries do you ship to?

Almost everywhere. A few countries are currently excluded due to postal or safety restrictions — if checkout doesn't offer your country, that's why.

When will Field Dispatch ship each month?

Envelopes are sent by hand from Amsterdam in the last week of each month. Any subscription started after the 15th joins the next month's send — so if you sign up before the 15th of August, your first envelope goes out the last week of August and so on.

Delivery estimates (PostNL):
· Netherlands — 1–3 working days
· Europe — 3–7 working days
· Rest of world — up to 2–3 weeks

Shipping is included in your subscription. If your envelope hasn't arrived 3 weeks after dispatch, email hello.fielddispatch@gmail.com. Slow mail, on purpose. 🐌

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can always cancel.

In the customer portal you can cancel your subscription and make any adjustments to your information.

We cannot offer refunds/returns on this product, but you can always cancel your subscription for further months.

Will I be charged automatically every month?

Yes. You will be charged on the day you sign up and recur on that day for all future months. This is the same for the annual subscriptions, you will be charged on the same date the following year.
